    For what it is worth, I think the ex-union leaders, Bob Hawke, Julia Gillard, and Bill Shorten all showed the highest level of negotiatiating skills, and willingness to lead by consensus. I think this is related to their life experience of bring opposing groups together and finding fair and just solutions. Other leaders operate far more dictatorially.
